  • Our initial meet and greet over coffee to discuss the running of the day, the styling of the ceremony and reception set-up ensuring you have everything covered. 
  • We share our list of best vendors for any hiring elements you still need to sort and we supply our detailed run sheet / timeline and seating chart spreadsheets to help get you organised.

3 MONTHS prior

  • With unlimited calls and emails in between, now it's time for the final zoom call with Sarah to confirm all final logistics, confirm run sheet and any last minute requirements.

2 WEEKS prior

the week of

  • Our team will cross the city collecting all of your external supplies and hired items from your vendors such as linen, stationery and styling items.
  • We’ll collate any table stationery ready for placement liaise with all vendors and supply a detailed run sheet of the days timelines and key contacts
  • We’ll transport any collected items to the venue and be first on scene for bump-in, ensuring all vendors have a point of contact.
  • Liaising with florist and venue staff, we'll set up all ceremony & reception styling elements including laying tables, candles and glassware, cutlery and china, styling napkins, stationery and signage for you to walk into your dream setting.

the morning of

after the party

  • We’ll come back at the end of the festivities and pack down in conjunction with your venue, collecting and returning any items that need to go back to your external vendors... while you enjoy your newlywed bliss without a care in the world!

• You've got all of your vendors booked in and you just need someone to take  the pressure off YOU, who can stylishly set everything up who's NOT your aunt, best girlfriend you didn't ask to be in your bridal party (cause, awkward) or definitely not your beautiful Mum or Mother-in-law.

• You need someone experienced that you can trust to execute your vision to perfection. Your peace of mind is paramount.

• There might be an allocated coordinator at your venue but their assistance with styling is limited. Their main focus is the kitchen and bar, not WOW factor entrances and table styling.
• You need the week of the wedding for 'self-care / chill-time'
(i.e spray tan and mani / pedi) and do not want to be
criss-crossing the city picking up all your supplies and
dropping to your venue.

• The last thing you want to think about after you've done your last twirl on the dance floor is the logistics of the pack down and clearing / returning any hired supplies that need to go back to your vendors. 

Let Sarah become the bestie you know you needed but didn't think existed! She's a perfection pro with over 15 years experience working with vendors and bumping in weddings and events. Not to mention her eye for colour and style for last minute decisions which you can make very good use of during our little 3 month journey.

ANY HIDDEN COSTS?

Our Brides Bestie package starts at $990 (incl. gst) for an event in the Melbourne Metro area. 
Add-ons to this package can be quoted on and can include, but are not limited to the following:

• Extended travel to a location one hour + out of the Melbourne CBD.
• Pack-down at conclusion of festivities to collect all hired supplies and we will return these to your vendors for you.
• Venue / site visit if agreed is required prior to the event date.
• If guest numbers are over 120, additional State of Elliott staff may be required to assist on the day.
• If you'd like your Brides Bestie to stay for the duration of the wedding and also assist with the smooth running of formalities such as speeches, cake cutting, first dance etc... 
• This is a coordination package only, it does not include any graphic design work or printed products or mood boards
which is all an additional cost.
