For our signature custom design service for on-the-day pieces, Sarah strongly encourages you to get in touch at least 9 months out from your wedding to ensure we can fit you into the schedule. Sarah only takes on a very limited number of custom projects each season, so the earlier you inquire the better your chances.
The deadline to approve any proof for printing is a minimum of 4 weeks out from the event. Anything approved after this will incur a 35% rush fee applied to their order.

Sure do. Sarah has customers all over the world and we ship internationally regularly. In fact, our international customers really do favor the design only option where Sarah designs for you and supplies PDF files for you to print locally at your overseas destination. Save on shipping fees and shipping time.
Because every project is custom designed, we don't have a standard price list. The final investment depends on a range of factors including the scope of your project, quantities, size, materials, print finishes, colour, shape and production requirements. No two projects are ever exactly the same, which is why each quote is tailored specifically to your needs. Simply complete our enquiry form with as much detail as possible, and we'll prepare a personalised quote for you.
Absolutely. We can source and coordinate a wide range of luxury print finishes, including foil stamping, letterpress, embossing, debossing, die-cutting, white ink, acrylic, fabric signage and more. With trusted relationships across Australia's finest specialty printers, we'll recommend the best finishes to complement your design and manage the entire production process from concept to delivery.
Please don't send in another designers work and ask Sarah to quote on that design. We do not and never have copied other designers work. If that is the design you would like, then give that designer the credit and go to them to produce it. We can be inspired by other existing work and love to have a starting refererence, but we will never replicate another piece just to get your order.
Equally, we do not provide font names used in any of our designs, or any designs we create for you.

Unfortunately, no. Every design is created from scratch and requires significant time, creativity and expertise. As a service-based business, payment secures your booking and allows me to dedicate my full attention to your project from the very beginning. The best creative work happens when the focus is on your vision, not chasing invoices. Payment for the design fee only is permitted so you don't have to commit to whole print schedule of something you have not seen. So once you have approved your proof, we can bill you for the print component.

As a general rule, no. When you book with State of Elliott, your payment reserves dedicated time in Sarah's design schedule that would otherwise be offered to another client. I intentionally take on a limited number of projects to ensure every client receives the attention they deserve, so bookings and payments are non-refundable. If your circumstances change, please get in touch as early as possible and I'll always do my best to find a fair solution where I can.
