the brief
FROM THE BRIDE:
"I want our wedding to feel timeless, elegant and effortlessly romantic, with a soft palette of sage greens, warm neutrals and crisp whites. Quat Quatta's classic architecture is already so beautiful, so I'd love the stationery and signage to complement the venue rather than compete with it—refined, understated and beautifully considered. Soft silk bows, delicate florals and luxurious layered textures should bring a feminine touch, while clean typography and thoughtful details keep everything feeling modern. As a November celebration, I want the overall styling to feel fresh, light and sophisticated, creating an atmosphere that's both graceful and welcoming".

The INSPIRATION
This inspiration blends soft sage greens, sculptural white florals and feminine bows with elegant monograms and silver mirror acrylic for a look that feels timeless yet contemporary. Designed to evoke a refined garden aesthetic, clean typography and understated details allow the natural beauty of the florals, textures and classic surroundings to take centre stage.
The artwork
The final artwork translates the inspiration into a refined stationery suite, combining soft sage tones, elegant typography and luxurious silver mirror acrylic details. Sculptural florals, oversized bows and a bespoke monogram are woven throughout the signage to create a cohesive visual identity, while layered textures and classic layouts complement the grandeur of Quat Quatta.
Every piece is thoughtfully designed to feel timeless, sophisticated and beautifully considered, while mixing a true classic style with the modernity of silver mirror finishes which tie-in to the Quat Quatta mirrors.
The Result
The styling was designed to create a seamless visual story, with oversized bows becoming a signature motif inspired by the dramatic statement bow on Kirsty's gown. Flowing ribbons adorned the ceremony chairs, adding softness, movement and a subtle connection to the bride's fashion.
A sculptural champagne tower, elegant silver mirror acrylic details and the bespoke monogram displayed above the grand dining room mantelpiece elevated the reception, ensuring every styling moment felt intentional, cohesive and effortlessly luxurious.
