OUR 5 STEP ORDER + DESIGN PROCESS
We make it easy. With clear communication and so many opportunities to check your artwork proof and
make changes. Your dream stationery is achieved with us by your side in just 5 easy steps.
Scrolll through our extensive range and fall in-love with your favourite design. Go for one of our package options, or select a singular item, add to cart and checkout along with payment.
We are always here via email or phone to guide you through the process if it’s all a little overwhelming online. Or, if you’d simply rather connect with our head designer Sarah prior to purchasing, this is absolutely fine and we can quote and send a manual invoice.
Full payment is required at this time before we can put aside time to work on your artwork proof.
Once your order is placed and payment is received, we then need you to email us your warding for your items. Please use our
examples online as your guide for how much wording fits best. We will ask you to reduce your wording if it simply doesn't fit, or encourage you to go double-sided print.
If you've chosen to have guest personalisation on your stationery, you can find those downloads here. We don't need this spreadsheet
returned to us just yet. Please focus on the invitation wording
at this stage.
You can expect your emailed artwork proof within 48 hours of us
receiving your wording. Then we are back and forward via email until you approve the layout. Your payment includes 3 rounds of
revisions (don't worry, we usually get the layout right within 1 or 2 rounds). If you decide you want to change the design to another from our range once you have seen your layout, we will charge a re-design fee so please choose your design carefully to avoid any additional design charges.
Once you do approve your proof, no further changes are permitted without a full re-print fee by the customer as pre-press work begins
We are nearly there! For invitations, menus, place cards and all card stock items, printing will take about 2 weeks depending on the print type, then we allow another week for delivery.
For all signage, printing takes between 2-3 weeks then we need to allow for delivery. So please make sure you are allowing enough time ahead of ordering for the print process and note that on-the-day printing does have a longer lead-time than your invitations.
So now, sit tight and now get onto all those other equally beautiful wedding planning tasks. Now that you have the stationery and signage sorted, all other colours and styling will fall into place.
Once your order is complete, we check, count, wrap and package with love and pop it on the daily express courier to your specified delivery address on your order.
When it arrives, open your box, squeal with delight and get excited about the fantastic event that is all ahead of you. Watch the compliments on your beautiful stationery come rolling in, along with your RSVP's. And if it's signage and on-the-day pieces that has just arrived, you don't have long to wait now until the big day.

So when exactly is the best time to place your order with us for each piece? Check out this handy timelime for ordering below and it will most definitely help with your planning process.
You’ve locked in
a wedding date
9-18 months out
Save the Date
If your wedding is less than 9 months away, just go straight to ordering your invitations. Allow 3 weeks from order to delivery for standard print save the dates. Letterpress and foil print allow 5 weeks.
8 months out
Allow 6 weeks for the invitation
process. Letterpress and foil print does take a little longer.
If you require a fully bespoke
design please allow 8 weeks.
6 months out post invitations to your guests
Set your RSVP deadline
8 weeks out from the event to
alow your key vendors
(aka us!)enough time for the next round of printing...
4 -5 months out
That's ALL signage and table stationery including menus, place cards, table numbers etc...
We do not need all of your wording and guest names at this point, we just need to know what is being ordered so we can secure a spot for you in our design and production queue.
We ALWAYS book out of print capacity for September - April events which is why this timeline is so important if you'd like to use us for your complete vision.
5 weeks out
your wording & spreadsheets
After your RSVP's are in and you have taken a week to collate your seating plan and got your food & drink menu wording etc...

4 weeks out
And we go to print
This timeline allows for your final signage pieces to arrive to you approx. 5 business days prior to the event. Should you require a shorter lead-time, please email us to chat about rush service fees and availability.
